Why we're here
Everyone buying off-plan asks the same questions: Does this developer hand over on time? Does the finishing match the show unit? What's maintenance like after handover? The answers are with people who already went through it, and our job is to bring them together in one clear, trustworthy place.

Independent of developers
Nobody can pay to remove a review or improve their ranking. Companies can only post an official reply, and every review is checked against the same standards, positive or negative.

Built on real experiences
Every review is written by someone who bought, received or lived in the unit themselves. If they upload a contract or handover receipt, “Verified owner” appears next to their name.
