1.Definitions

These words mean the same thing everywhere in the terms:

“Garrabna”, “we”:

the Garrabna platform owned by WydMap.

“User”, “you”:

anyone who visits the site, with or without an account.

“Content”:

reviews, posts, replies and photos published by users.

“Official account”:

a verified account of a company or real estate developer that replies in the company's name.

2.Accepting the terms

By using Garrabna you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

These terms form an agreement between you and WydMap, the company that runs Garrabna. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service. Accounts are for people aged 18 or over; you can read the site without an account at any age. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute that can't be settled amicably.

3.Account and sign-up

You sign up with an Egyptian mobile number or a Google account. You're responsible for all activity on your account, and you can't have more than one account.

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend or close an account that posts fake or paid reviews, impersonates another person, or repeatedly breaks the community guidelines. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; we then remove your personal data as described in the privacy policy.

4.Content you publish

What you write is yours, and you give Garrabna a licence to display and publish it. It must be about a real experience and follow the community guidelines.

You keep ownership of everything you publish. By posting, you give Garrabna a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, translate and share that content on Garrabna and in our own promotion of Garrabna, for as long as it stays published. You are responsible for what you write: it must be honest, based on your own experience, and must not infringe anyone's rights or include anyone else's personal data.

5.Review and moderation

All content is checked before publishing, usually within 24 hours. We may reject or remove content that breaks the rules; we tell you why, and you can appeal the decision.

Moderation checks content against the community guidelines, not against whether we agree with it. We never edit your words; we either publish, return the content to you with the reason, or remove it. You can appeal any decision within 30 days and a different team member will review it within 3 working days.

6.Intellectual property

The Garrabna name, logo and site design belong to us. You may not copy reviews or collect them automatically for commercial use without written permission.

Apart from user content, everything on Garrabna — the name, logo, design, software and the way reviews are organised and scored — belongs to WydMap or its licensors. You may quote or share individual reviews with a link back to Garrabna. Scraping, bulk copying or reselling content requires our written permission.

7.Business accounts

Companies can reply to reviews from a verified official account. Subscribing or paying Garrabna has no effect on reviews or their ranking.

A business account must be opened by someone authorised to act for the company, using a company-domain email and a commercial registration. Official replies must be factual and must not reveal a customer's personal details. Businesses cannot remove, edit or reorder reviews, and nothing they pay us affects ratings, rankings or what is shown.

8.Limitation of liability

Reviews reflect their authors' opinions, not Garrabna's. Before any purchase, check the contract and ask a professional.

Garrabna is a place for people to share experiences; we don't check whether every statement in a review is true, and we don't recommend any developer or project. To the extent the law allows, WydMap is not liable for decisions you make based on content on Garrabna, or for losses caused by content posted by other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Egyptian law.

9.Changes to the terms

We may update the terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we'll notify you at least 30 days in advance.
