Has anyone received a new handover date for building B in Orchard Towers? The last letter said Q2 2027, but the site looks far behind.

We're in building A and got a letter last week saying Q3 2027. Ask the site office for building B's letter.

Phase two owners: the main water line was connected this week and meters are being installed building by building. Bring a copy of your contract to the site office.

Correct, installation across phase two finishes before 25 October. The site office is open until 6 pm.
