The lift broke down twice in the first month

The lift in building 14 broke down twice in our first month, and the second time it stayed down for four days. Security was polite, but the maintenance company is slow.

Handed over on time, finishing matched the show unit

We received our apartment in March 2024, two weeks before the contract date. The kitchen and bathroom finishing matched the show unit, and our snag list was fixed within a month. Security is calm and polite, and the green areas are real, not just renders.

Solid building, clubhouse still closed

The apartments are well built and quiet. Two years after handover the clubhouse and gym are still closed, and the annual maintenance fee went up 20%.
